We are very grateful for all donations received towards the upkeep of our two churches and chaplaincy. Most of these donations come from the generosity of those who attend our Sunday Masses – be they long-term parishioners, seasonal parishioners, students or just those enjoying a holiday in St Andrews. Cheques can be made payable to:

We have been asked how people can continue to support their parish when we may not be able to put money in the plate at church. If your income has been impacted by the crisis, please do not feel obliged to contribute at this time. Some of you, however, have already been very kindly sending in your envelopes/offering through the letter box. For those who are asking, we are estimating that the parish is currently experiencing around an 80% drop in income. If your income is secure and you wish to contribute, the best option would be to set up a standing order. If you have online banking, you can set this up quickly using the parish sort code and account number (if your circumstances change this can be amended/cancelled). We also have standing order forms available which you can complete, sign and post to your bank (using the branch address on your cheque book or bank statement).

Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer, you can also start giving through Gift Aid and thereby allow the parish to reclaim 25% tax on your offering. Just contact our Gift Aid co-ordinator, Tony McConachie, on mr_mac57@hotmail.com. One-off Gift Aid envelopes are also available at the back of our churches for visitors who are UK tax payers.
